Facilitated by PMMI’s Industry Relations Committee, MaX Member Forum’s three share groups – consisting of PMMI members – will initially focus on identifying challenges and creating solutions around sales/marketing, field service and engineering/operations topics.
MaX’s most recent solution, 2023 Discussing Remote Access with your Customer, includes insights on why remote access is preferred over traditional in-person service and how OEMs can prepare for a conversation with customers regarding remote access. It also features a conversational flow chart to assist OEMs in planning for and having the remote access conversation.
